Everyone feels jittery at times, but too many of us grapple with anxiety until it overtakes our lives. Before we know it, the nervousness we're experiencing turns into a full-blown panic attack. We need to think more positively!
Sometimes we want to read about our symptoms to know we are NOT alone in this. Our staff members thought that the information on this site would be good for some of us to read.
